Buffer Quality Control

Does anyone think the variability of buffers used by different researchers ( recipes, differences in pH etc) play a role in differences in data?

just a hunch

Re: Buffer Quality Control

Yeah good idea. May be causing some differences in isolation, lysis, western blotting, enzyme activity who else knows!

is the difference big enough to make a difference?
