| Hi, Just started running gelatin zymograms but the gelatin is getting electrophoresed even though it is run at 10 mA per gel in the fridge on ice. Ending up with half the gel dark background at the upper half light so there is not much contrast with the positive signals. Have changed the APS and acrylamide as well as changing the gelatin size in the gel and nothing has worked. Has anyone experienced this and has any advice? Thanks! |
