Default Problemas com PCR

Alguém sabe poruqe quando se tem grande quantidade de DNA molde na reação de PCR ela não funciona? Obrigado

Oi Paulo,
se vc tiver muito DNA, a reacao nao vai passar dos primeiros passos (vai ficar comecando toda hora) e o DNA nao vai se duplicar por inteiro- dai vc nao tem PCR produtos. Experimente diluir a sua amostra 10 ou 100 vezes, funcionou para mim!
