 I need some info on casein Hey, I need to know the extinction coefficient of casein (from bovine milk, technical grade) and preferably also the molecular weight. I am trying to dissolve casein in BRB80 and want to use that information to calculate the concentration (because it only partially dissolves and therefore the concentration cannot be weight out). Would be great, If anybody has some info or some ideas how do it in a better way. Cheers, Henaesau  |
