Default Large Scale Extraction of Bacteria Plasmid DNA

Please tell me the usage of GTE buffer, NaOH/SDS, potassium acetate, 70% ethanol, 95% ethanol and isopropanal in extraction of bacteria plasmid DNA.

Try this site to help you get started. You might want to look up each step individually in more detail -- she gives an idea of what's happening, but you might try to find some old papers that explain the why.
