| Hi i am working on HBV and i want to amplify the whole genome of HBV by PCR, The size of the genome is 3.2Kb, but so far i am unable to amplify the whole genome, there might be some problem in sample or sample preparation, so how can i amplify the whole genome of virus in single PCR. if someone has experty in this area then plz guide me best regards aftab |
