| Have anyone encounter things like this? A cell line from ATCC was thawed. When we put the cell vial into a water bath (37C), suddenly, the cell vial was burst and broken into pieces. The broken is just like the plastic vial can not stand for the expand with hot (water bath)when it is transfer from cold (liquid nitrogen) suddently. It is so horrible. |
