 yeast two-hybrid library Hi, I was wondering if anyone out there has an Arabidopsis cDNA library (whole seedling) in the pGAD vector for Clontechs Matchmaker yest two-hybrid system? If so. | Re: yeast two-hybrid library ClonTech has a nice library for Arabidopsis that is from 11 tissues and is normalized to reduce false positives. |
