% coding/repeat/unique in Arabidopsis I am doing a comparison of Arabidopsis to members of the Solanaceae family. I know Arabidopsis has ~27K protein coding genes in its 119Mbp of DNA, but what percentage of the 27K are unique genes? How much of the genome is considered to be non-coding? How much is considered repetitive? |
