Default oligonucleotide library for yeast one-hybrid system

Hello, Colleagues,

Is there an oligonucleotide library for yeast one-hybrid system that is free
to share or buy at some cost?
Does anyone know how to construct such a library? I heard that a two-column
method was used to construct such an oligo library. But I want to know more
details about the protocol.

Thanks for your reply.

Jiang
