Dear Arabidopsis Community,

I am looking for a reliable protocol on how to conduct Electrophilic Mobility
shift Assay on Arabidopsis. I understand that are mainly two components which
are the nuclear extract and then the reaction itself. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
