Plant Genomics Position

Post-doc/Staff Scientist in Medicago Genomics (Well - it is another
model plant!)

Primary responsibilities will be to manage various aspects of the
TIGR component of the sequencing project, including clone selection,
tracking etc, sequence assembly and QC and GenBank submissions.
Individual will be responsible for managing the annotation pipeline,
developing and maintaining web displays for the project and data
exchange with collaborators.

Candidates should have familiarity with some relevant areas of plant
genomics and training or experience in necessary aspects of computer
programming such as Perl, SQL and HTML/XML.
