Question Plant Photosynthesis CO2 and Oxygen Transpiration Question

Email Question from a user :

My question is here,

Generally plants will take carbondioxide and release oxygen during day time and takes oxygen then releases carbondioxide during night time

But in the case of ocimum {Tulsi} and Pepal trees its different it takes
Carbondioxide and releases oxygen during both day time and night time.
How its possible? Please tell me the components in those 2 plants and can you
give me the sequence of DNA in those plants and how it functions ?

And one more thing, is there any possibility of inserting those sequence of DNA
which the ocimum or pepal into another plants and tell me about that plants and
also the vectors that which are used in this process for insertion of DNA
sequence.

So please help me and give me the answer as soon as possible.
