| Hello! Who can help me. I'm running PCR of plant samples (cassava leaves, showing mosaic virus disease symptoms), when i use the FTA cards of the same samples, that was positive using extrated DNA from leaves it does not work (it becames negative). So what can be wrong? Thanks |

| The FTA cards are very poor in their recovery as the DNA is covalently boud to them the only sample you get back is the DNA that is running between the paper strands. You might want to try another storage method. I work for a company called Biomatrica that has a product that gives back 100% of the DNA and is also room temp storage. Let me know if you would like more infromation |
