 Nuclear protein extraction for plants Hi everybody, Im looking for a nuclear protein extraction protocol for myplant: Lotus japonicus (leguminosae). I saw in litterature that the chemichals were always changing from plant to plant (kind of chemichals and their respective amounts in the extraction buffers). I wonder if somebody of u could help me by providing me the best protocol to extract nucleus from frozen plant tissue and then to extract the proteins from the nuclei. Thx in advance ยง.        |
