| I need to prepare comet assay from frozen cardiac muscle tissue. Is it possible to get some cells from non-cryopreserved tissue in order to perform comet assay? I`ve tried simple homogenization and collagenase digestion methods- no positive results i.e. no cells on slides. Any solution? Help, please... |

You have to put fresh samples in the mincing solution, dissociate them and then you can freeze the sample for later analysis. |
