 Antibody digestion Hi everyone! Is anybody know what subclasses of IgG family are suitable for preparation of (Fab)2 fragments. I recenly found in one source that it is not possible to digest IgG2a for (Fab)2. But this info I didn't see in other literature. So what kind og subclasses susceptible for digestion to (FAB)2  Thank you in advance
