Lowest volume in Micropipette is .2 ul, I wish to perform the following calculation
I am new to working in the lab and can use some help.
Now I have a falcon tube that hold 500 ul of blocking solution and I wish to add antibody to that. I don't know how much but I do know I must perform a 1:5000 dilution. So I did the calculation I arrived to .1 ul (500/5000), that would be how many antibody I would add to 500 ul of blocking solution. However the micropipette's lowest value is .2 ul. So what do I do now? Is a simple way to obtain what I need?

Ok I should rephrase that. I have falcon tube contain blocking solution and I will take out 500 ul and put it in another falcon tube or centrifuge tube whatever. And to that I will take a certain amount of antibody and add it to that amount. I calculated .1 because I need to do 1 1/5000 dilution so 500/5000 = .1, so .1 ul of antibody + 500 ul of blocking solution however the micropipette does not go to that amount so what should I do?
