WB with C1q polyclonal Ab
 

hello
can any body give me any information about western blot using C1q polyclonal abs.I used Quidel PAb and I got more than 5 strong bands,not sure if they are non-specific.Did not try with other mAb or with only 2nd Ab,so that I can be sure that they are non-specific bands.Any body has experience with wB with complement Abs?my sample is brain homogenate.Thanks in advance.
