 antibodies for bovine vessels Hi, we have lots of paraffine sections of bovine vessels from perfusion experiments. We'd like to analyze several proteins by IHC which are, or may be, affected by shear forces or pressure. Commercial antibodies are rarely tested in bovine samples. Therefore I'd like to know if anyone has ever tested some of the following targets, or knows of antibodies which will detect these, or has homebrewed antibodies that work (and which you'd like to share  )CD31 Thrombomodulin von Willebrand Factor VCAM ICAM ELAM thx Markus  |
