Default How much IgG to do preclearing with?

I have extracted nuclear lysate from about 10 million yeast cells.

I am wondering how much normal IgG is required for preclearing and what the recommended length of time is, as well as the temperature.

The protocol I am using only tells me information about the preclearing step with the sepharose beads. I would like to preclear with the mouse IgG because i believe I pulled down a little extra protein last time around....

Thanks!

DJ
