Question Antibody titrations



I work in a transplant lab where we do T/B cell crossmatching by flow cytometry. We are having a discussion about how to titer our CD3(PerCP) and CD19(PE) for optimal staining. We have had varying ideas on how and why and how to interpret our results. Does anyone have a good artical that
explains this. Thanks:
