| All- I am making primers for cAMP gated calcium L-type channels for rat. So I have conducted my BLAST and found 9 homologous sequences for rat but I am not sure where to go from here. I have made primers before using genes so the sequences had an A,C,T,G sequence but since these sequences are proteins, they are in an amino acid format. So currently I am a little confused on where to go from here - having found your most homologous sequences. Does anyone have any input on this? Thank you for your time. MP |
