 B-Cell RT-PCR Good Day! I am currently trying to make cDNA directly from B-cells of immunized mouse as template. But, it seems that it doesn't work. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance Last edited by admin; 01-09-2009 at 01:56 AM.  |

| Re: B-Cell RT-PCR Hi there liono.. u should specify more abt your experiment.. are u doing oligodt or gene specific priming.. also wht kinda v-gene forward primers are u using for amplification??? |
