antibody titration

am wanting to titre some antibodies to work out the best concentration to use. The stock concentration is 2mg/ml. im wanting to do a dilution of my antibodies from 10ug to 5ug to 2ug to 1ug to 0.1ug .
how is the best way to do this when i need approx 200ul volume for each tube

well it seems tht u have an odd serial dilution there.. hehe..
but i guess u can still work by preparing 400 ul of 10 ug of ab first.. so from ur stock of 2 mg/ml (equivalent to 2 ug/ul, u need to use 2.5 ul of your 2 mg/ml stock in a final volume of 0.5 ml to achieve a concentration of 10 ug/ml... assuming u wnt a starting conc of 10 ug/ml.. if u wnt 10 ug/200 ul.. then jst 10 ul of ab in 400 ul of buffer..
then use the 10 ug as dilution stock. for the 5 ug would be a 100 ul of 10 ug plus 100 ul of buffer, 40 ul of 10 ug ab wih 160 ul of buffer, then 20ul of 10 ug ab with 180 ul buffer, then finally 2 ul of 10ug ab with 198 ul of buffer (this might be harder to pippette).. would be best to make a serial dilution to be honest..
