| Hi everyone, just want to ask how to reduce IgG non specific binding in my western blotting? I have specific antibodies against TRPC6 and Caveolin, but in my IgG control, I could still see their pull downs. Anyone can help me to optimize it? Thanks a lot! |

| Hello, welcome to the forums. Would be a good idea to decrease non-specific binding by better blocking, or using blocking in more steps ie Primary antibody incubation in addition to blocking steps. Try 2-5% blotto milk, or other methods of blocking to see which one is best. let us know what you find |
