| Greetings, I am looking for an effective method to seperate polyclonal IgM Kappa and Lambda light chains. I have already attempted this using a designated anti-kappa column and also Protein L, however, both seem to bind (perhaps non-specifically) lambda chain to a significant degree. I have tried alterating the buffer conditions in terms of conductivity and pH to little avail and am now stuck for alternative methods to attempt, so am wondering if anyone has any suggestions? Thanks in advance. Methtical |
