Question Denaturation of Mouse Antibodies?

Hello, can someone please give a protocol for the mild denaturation of mouse antibodies?

I would like to separate the heavy chains from light chains.

What percentage of DTT or beta Mercaptoethanol or other methods are used?
Thanks
