this is a piture which decribes the CDRS of the variable domain in heavy chain of a Mab. Now, I'd to sure which software or a online tools could supply this function thanks in advance!

Hi, why don't you just go with powerpoint? This looks quite simple to do, just some circles, add the letters and some colour and you're done. Would be the easiest way to do so, if you wan't a go for a more complicated, but also a little more professional, yet opensource way, try Inkscape. Most professional (but also expensive programm): Adobe Illustrator. Anyway, PowerPoint is sufficient and a lot of people in our lab work with PowerPoint.

thanks to stern_daniel! i would like to get the picture by a soft automatically when i deliver a nucleic acid sequence which encoded a variable domain of Mab. the picture should include the CDRs(maybe coloured from other Amino acid),β-sheet,and so on. i am glad to hear about that there are a lot of people in your lab were familiar with this job, could you tell me if there were someone research about the sequencing of Mab?

Hi Blueheart, Now I get what you were asking for! I thought you only wanted to draw this picture by hand, but you are looking for a sort of structure prediction from nucleic acid sequence! I'm sorry for not getting that in the first place. We aren't working with MaB in our lab, so I, unfortunatelly, can't tell you if there is any software out there which could achive that task. I also think that this is a non trivial task to do and, as far as I know, there is no "Desktop Applikation", which you could run on your PC, that is able to do so. There is distributed Applikation called "Rosetta" where they try to figure out the folding of proteins from aminoacid sequences, but this takes a lot of computational power and time! Sorry for that I couldn't really help you out, but good look with your work! Daniel
