| Hi, does anyone have the best method to concentrate tissue culture supernatants for antibody? Im trying to concentrate 1 to 5 liters of hybridoma supernatants with murine IgG. What are others are using to concentrate these supernatants for protein A or G column purification? thanks! |

| probably u need a couple of steps from separation to polishing... cause with 1 to 5 litres.. would be best to bring the volume down first.. concentrate the supernatant first to bring it to a more manageable volume.. then u can do protein a,g, size exclusion, anionic exchange etc... |
