| Hello guys, I am trying to produce polyclonal antibodies. I am using Ecoli and trying to purify my recombinant protein from inclusion bodies. Currently i am looking for the best method to purify my protein from the inclusion bodies samples to inject into rabbit. Has anyone done this that can help me? ![]() I have HIS-tagged my recombinant proteins which I produced in E.coli. Should I solubilize the pellet using my prepared solubilization buffer (8M urea, 100mM NaH2PO4, 10mM Tris). However I am not sure whether urea will affect the rabbit polyclonal generation? Thanks I really appreciate any help. |

| Using the SDS-PAGE, Urea will run out from the gels. Otherwise, you can dialyze your protein before injection into rabbit |
