| Hi guys, I am in a conundrum here! We don't have any polyclonal antibodies for the protein I am studying however I want to do IP assay. Can we use a monoclonal antibody for immunoprecipitation? Has anyone? If i do use a monoclonal will it be a waste of my time? thnx! Dave |
