| Hey, I have to isolate antibodies away from contaminating DNA from a large scale monoclonal antibody preparations (starting volume before purification ~100L). I would like to do this using filtration at some point if possible. Anyone have suggestions? Filters? Chromotography? Other methods to use? |

| You can use protein A/G to capture your antibodies. Then wash extensively with a wash buffer, followed by elution by a high salt buffer. I am not sure how to handle 100L of starting volume though. |
