 Difference in custom antibody recognition Hello: We have an issue with the antibody generated against custom synthesized peptide. We have got good results with immunocytochemistry experiments, where as under SDS-PAGE it doesn't recognize the right molecular size as it's supposed to. Can anyone explain this? I dont know where is the problem lies? Thank you Anil        |
