 Mannose receptor Primary antibody Hi, I'm looking at the difference in the level of expression of mannose receptor in C57/BL6 mice. I'm using lung homogenates as well as BAL cells. For western, I tried the antibody from so many companies like Cell Sciences, abcam, Santa Cruz biotech but I couldn't see the 175 kDa band. Could anyone suggest a method to visualize the band. Actually I could see a band corresponding to 175kDa from the last ab I purchased but still it is not very clear. I use 7.5% gel, O/N transfer and load 30 microgram protein/lane.        |
