Default tumor in mice

I want to develop tumor in mice to study the update of my drug. We don't have nude mice facility here. Can we inject tumor cells in BALB/c or webster mice to develop soft tumor in them?

I think it might be possible. I've never done it myself, but I've know of people that has stablished lymphoma via injection of L5178Y cells in BALB/c mice. I don't know the details, but I guess you have to raise the number of cell of the inoculum.
