 did anyone use antibody recognizing MOUSE Na/K ATPase beta subunit? Hi, I am searching an antibody that can recognize mouse Na/K ATPase beta subunit. Many companies sell this antibody but most of them do not say their antibody is cross-reactive to mouse.A few companies show images of this antibody application on mouse brain but it looks that there are 2-3 bands on the image which is not I want because I will use it as a loading control. I want it only shows up at 48KD. Can anybody please recommend an antibody company?  |
