 issues with making a gateway compatible luciferase expression vector Hi, I am trying to insert the gateway cassette (according to Invitrogen instructions from their kit) into pGL3basic to receive a gateway compatible luciferase reporter vector that is promoterless. Unfortunately, I cannot get any colonies ever. I am pretty frustrated and under dealine pressure... any suggestions? HEEEEEEEEEEELP!  |
