| Hello, I really need your help with this! At lab work we wanted to isolate one plasmid and later get rid of RNA. First we have a control with no RNase, second with a small amount of RNase, third with bigger amount of it. Then another control for LiCl, a sample with LiCl added, sixth was done with PEG and last one with CTAB. Can anyone help me and tell me what went wrong? Thank you! |
