Default Newbi HELP

Hi guys you all seem like experts in the field of microbiology and agarose gel electrophoresis.
I need some help and advice on how to read and analyse the results i have obtained in a recent electrophoresis experiment. The plasmid (PBR322) selecting for ampicillin resistance is placed into e.coli.
what kind of information should i be looking into to figure out the identity of lanes 6,7,8 and 9.
many thanks, aziz

Lane (left - right)
1/ lambda HindIII
2/ lambda uncut
3/ pBR322 uncut
4/ pBR322 EcoRI
5/ empty
6/ A ?
7/ B ?
8/ C ?
9/ D ?
10/ lambda EcoRI
