PCR product can not migrate into gel

I must ask you first. Is this is first time are you doing this PCR, did you ever got PCR product for this PCR reaction.

It look like your PCR reaction didnot worked. what ever you see may be only salts stacked in the well.

Thanks. I foget how many times I did this PCR reaction. It was performed well before it happened to that problem while I shoewd to you in the forum.

It looks like the template concentration is too high. I would dilute template and redo pcr reaction (you shouldn't be able to see your template on the pcr reaction gel).
