 Loading MeOH containing samples Hi, I have samples dissolved in MeOh, but I cannot load that in the gel, since it floats. How can I eliminate the MeOh? Thanks  |

| Re: Loading MeOH containing samples Can you heat the samples up, so the MeOH vaporizes and leaves your samples alone. Then again, why don't you precipitate your nucleic acid (I'm assuming your have nucleic acid samples, either DNA or RNA) and let it dry out of MeOH. I don't know if I was helpful, but I hope I was.
