 agarose gels hello, today, when i was runing my pcr products on agarose gel, there was bubles a lot, and i didnt any bund on the screen, why did i see the bubles in agarose gell? what can i do?  |

| Re: agarose gels Hello! Bubbles occur due to not proper mixing of agarose i.e agarose solution should be clear & at the time of pouring the gel one should keep minimum distance. |
