 Bands fade in ISSR fingerprinting I am working on ISSR fingerprinting. And am facing the problem of bands fading after running them for say 1/2 gel length. What may be the problem and solution for this. thanks  |

 Re: Bands fade in ISSR fingerprinting It is probably that your staining solution is old. Or you have bad buffer (too concentrated or wrong pH) and staining solution (with or without problems of its own). Solution: remake both staining solution and electrophoresis/gel casting buffer. Make sure they are made correctly. |
