| I am trying to extract DNA from agrose gel. Is there a upper load limit of DNA per well? EX., the volume limit of one well is 100 microliters, there is 15microgram of DNA inside, is this overloaded or not? BTW, the buffer is 1XTAE, the gel is 0.5% agrose gel. |
