Default Need Help Determining Concentration of DNA from Gel Electrophoresis

Hey, I need help in knowing how to determine the amount of concentration DNA that is present after doing gel electrophoresis.

I performed a gel with 3 different volumes of the same marker and 3 different volumes of the same sample of DNA.

The 3 volumes are 12ul, 6ul and 3 ul for both parts.

By visual comparison my 12ul of sample DNA is visually similar to the 6ul of the marker. I was wondering how to determine the concentration of DNA given that and some ot her information:

Sample DNA was orginally a plasmid that had been cut and the density is 1ug/ul.
The amount of sample DNA I had was 66uL.

Can someone please help me to determine the concentration of DNA there is in the 12ul band?

Oh yeah, forgot to mention that the mass of the marker DNA seems to be around 24ng.

No spectrophotometer was used.
