 DNA Pattern on Agarose Gel Electrophoresis? Hiya, I have ran the same PCR reaction product from the same PCR reaction mix on different occasions on Agarose Gels. All my conditions are similar however I am getting slightly different patterns of bands on the gel. Does anyone have an explanation for this?  |
