after my run and withen 10 min. all results fade from gel ,i use new ethedium ,any one has explanation

me also, I have the same problem.But i think it is the agarose type!!

have u change the agarose and observe any difference? was the 10 mins is continual expose to UV light?

yes, it is exposed to uv and i havnt change the agarose

exposure to uv for 10mins?! no wonder it fade. well usually taking gel photo i took few sec and decrease time of uv exposure. as uv degrade it. just on the uv when about to snap photo and off uv when done.

I changed agarose and no fading occured thankes alot butters

wow dr.dalia was right! if possible can you tell us what agarose brand is that? so for those who dont want to repeat ur trouble can avoid. and maybe some like to re-test it
