 Re: Agarose Gel Electrophoresis (help me) Hello, well lane 7 looks ok (possibly genomic dna or large plasmid). All the wells except ladder seem over loaded with DNA (or over exposed or too much ethidium bromide?). Also the rest of the lanes 1-12 seem like they have degradation of DNA and/or overloading.  |
