Graphical reports of Ettan IPGphor 3
 

Hi All!
I am new to this forum. I'm trying to separate by 2DE cerebellum tissue. I will use Ettan IPGphor3 ™electrophoresis system for performing the first dimension so I’d like to know if you can give me some information about how to interpret the graphical reports of this system. Can I know if my sample is degradated in this step?

How do you interpret the Ettan IPGphor3 curves?

I think it is not necessary to interpret the graph. Graph just explain the run quality nothing else. It only suggest whether the run has completed with standard set voltage and current or not.
